The Brazilian Flavors Project organizes and carries out a series of commercial promotion actions in the selected target markets, aiming to bring the members closer to their potential customers and partners, such as:
International Business Rounds in Brazil(Buyer Project):
Events that consist of prospecting, selecting, inviting and enabling the presence of international buyers from the Project target markets, with the objective of participating in individual business meetings with our members. It may be carried out in parallel to other promotion actions or related events.
Stands in International Food and Beverage Trade Shows:
These are structures set up by Brazilian Flavors at international food and beverage fairs, which bring together several members, with the aim of promoting and negotiating their respective products.
Commercial Missions Abroad:
Approximation events between our members and selected international buyers, through Business Rounds and Technical Visits. They can be carried out in parallel to other promotional actions or related events abroad (such as international fairs).
Tastings of member‘s products for the final consumer, carried out in overseas retail stores.
Other promotional actions could be:
Thematic Festivals in retail networks, Prospective Missions, Commercial Agents or Distributing Projects (in target markets), Image Project (invitation to press professionals from the target countries) etc..

The Brazilian Flavors Project participates in several actions organized by partner institutions (public or private), such as: Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA), Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services (MDIC), Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE), Federations and Sector Entities, Chambers of Commerce, The Exporters Union of the Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (UE-CPLP), Organic Planet etc., and these actions are disseminated in the project environment and are available to our members, at reduced costs.
